Operations Coordinator
Biography
Sarah Oldam is the Operations Coordinator at Sands Point, where she supports the leadership team and ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. She previously worked as an Analyst within the DUAL Transaction Solutions Group and has been part of the Sands Point leadership team since 2020.
Sarah was a competitive Irish Dancer for 20 years winning regional, national, and international competitions. She went on to tour with the cast of Riverdance and was lucky enough to perform at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys Pilates, relaxing at the Jersey Shore and she is also an avid New York sports fan.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Australia, I love kangaroos.
If you could only eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Soup & Toastie (Has to be from Ireland)
What is your favorite season and why?
Summer, I could spend all day sitting on the beach or swimming and never get tired of it. There’s nothing like a Jersey Shore summer.
What movie have you seen the most times?
All of the Harry Potter movies, I am a huge HP nerd.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Vanilla Chocolate Swirl with rainbow Sprinkles or Cotton Candy
If you could host a dinner with one person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Michael Phelps- He’s the most decorated Olympian of all time and has lived through so many inspiring experiences. I’d love to hear his stories and get a glimpse into what drives him.
What is one thing you’ve learned that you wish you could tell your younger self?
There’s no need to stress over the small stuff, everything will work out exactly how it’s meant to.
